A bound volume titled 'Finance Committee Minutes (with Index) 1920-41' contains minutes including accounts of Finance Committee between 15th November 1910 and 26th November 1941. The preface states 'in this volume the minutes were incorporated in toto, but it was decided in the copies made of subsequent minutes only to incorporate those minutes which appeared to have permanent reference value, so that the typewritten minutes in the latter part of the volume were considerably abridged.'
