The Register of Graduates consists of the record of all students who received any degree, diploma, or certificate from the University of Hong Kong. When I student picked up their diploma they signed their name to acknowledge receipt. From 1914 to 1973 graduates signed in bound volumes. From 1974 onward they signed on printouts of graduates. The registers consists entries including the name of the student, date of matriculation, date of graduation, degree received, and signature of the student.
