The University Archives Faculty/Alumni File is a collection of materials relating to and about individuals associated with the University. It contains information regarding deceased and living alumni, faculty members, and former students.

The folder for any given individual may include correspondence, obituaries, eulogies, address cards, clippings, programs, publications (other than published by HKU) or other related materials.

The file is an artificial collection drawn together from diverse sources. It was created by the University Archives since 2006, and related materials continue to be added to the file.
