Faculty of Arts Early Matriculants and Matriculated Students
Scope and Contents
This collection is made up of the "Annual Reports" of the early students who were enrolled in the Faculty of Arts between 1912 and 1920. Not all of the students were fully matriculated. The annual reports function as student files and include information on the student's name, university number, hostel, status (year, scholarship, offices, etc.), matriculation date, secondary school, and qualification. There is also space for class grades, lecturer's remarks, and remarks from the dean. There is one annual report form for each year the student was enrolled. All of the students during this time period were male.
In addition to the annual reports there are also two files of examination admittance forms.
